Courage to Think. Power to Do.
Audacia Novatio Business College (ANBC) was founded in 2012 with a bold and uncompromising vision:
Education should be courageous, innovative, and accessible to all who dare to dream differently.
At the heart of ANBC stands Professor William Le Crouge — a respected academic, global entrepreneur, and visionary leader with a passion for redefining business education. He holds a PhD in International Business Strategy, an MBA in Innovation Management, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
Inspired by a proud heritage of pioneers, Professor Le Crouge imagined an institution that would break free from rigid, outdated university traditions and instead offer a learning experience rooted in research, relevance, and independent thinking.
He believed that leadership is not shaped by rote learning or endless exams, but by critical thinking, creative exploration, and the courage to innovate. From this philosophy, Audacia Novatio — Latin for Courage and Innovation — was born.
Since our founding, over 300 students have successfully completed programs through our alternative learning model, joining a growing global network of thinkers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Today, ANBC serves learners from across the world who aren’t satisfied with the ordinary. Whether they are young graduates starting their academic journey or seasoned professionals advancing their careers, they seek education that is practical, flexible, and meaningful.
Through our project-based BBA and thesis-only MBA programs, we empower students to take ownership of their learning, develop real-world business skills, and graduate with qualifications that reflect their passion, perseverance, and potential.
Audacia Novatio is more than a college — it’s a movement of bold learners building a smarter future.
At ANBC, we believe the future belongs to those bold enough to build it.
We envision a global community of courageous innovators — individuals who challenge convention, embrace independent learning, and use their knowledge to make a lasting impact in business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and beyond.
Education should not be limited by tradition, but driven by curiosity, courage, and the pursuit of excellence.
At Audacia Novatio Business College, our mission is to:
🎓 Deliver high-quality, affordable business education through our Certificate, BBA, MBA and DBA programs.
🧠 Offer a flexible, learner-centered model that values research, creativity, and independent achievement over traditional exams.
💼 Nurture leadership values such as integrity, vision, and perseverance.
🌍 Champion alternative education pathways that honour the diverse needs, goals, and experiences of modern learners.
At ANBC, we don't just educate — we empower bold thinkers to shape the future.
The name Audacia Novatio is no coincidence — it’s a declaration of identity and purpose.
Rooted in Latin, it captures the core of who we are:
Audacia: Courage — the strength to question convention, to take bold steps, and to lead with conviction.
Novatio: Innovation — the relentless drive to reimagine what’s possible, solve real-world problems, and build a better tomorrow.
Our identity is shaped by a proud intellectual and entrepreneurial tradition — inspired by those who refused to settle for mediocrity and dared to chart their own course.
At ANBC, every student becomes part of this legacy: a legacy of bold minds, fearless leaders, and everyday revolutionaries.
“The world belongs to those who are brave enough to rethink it. That’s what Audacia Novatio is — a challenge to the ordinary, and a promise to the extraordinary.”
— Professor William Le Crouge, Founder
At ANBC, our students are more than learners — they are pioneers, creators, and changemakers.
Some are young minds eager to begin building their future with practical business knowledge.
Others are professionals seeking to pivot, upskill, or start something new.
Many are entrepreneurs or innovators who never found their place in traditional academic settings — until now.
What unites them is not background, age, or geography.
It’s a mindset: a refusal to settle for the ordinary and the courage to pursue knowledge that truly matters.
They are self-directed. They are bold.
They are ANBC.
